ITIL® v3 Foundation course |
The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted methodology in IT service management (ITSM) today and has quickly become the global standard approach for a large percentage of the leading companies in the IT industry worldwide.
The ITIL® v3 Foundation course provides IT professionals with an understanding of the core principles of ITIL practices for Service Management. Students will review ITIL terminology, structure, and the basic concepts of ITIL good-practice. The ITIL® v3 Foundation Certificate in Service Management Examination will be given upon completion of the Instructor Led Course.* |
